Book your tasting Iemu Spizzicannu

The itinerary will begin with a taste of Nocellara dell’Etna Evo Oil produced in the countryside of our company to continue with three different flavored oils always produced by myetna. It continues with a rich platter where you will find typical cold cuts and cheeses and traditional Sicilian preserves. Local products will then be presented accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers, sautéed wild vegetables and the famous Sicilian caponata.

Everything will be accompanied by a tasting of 4 Etna wines selected for a coherent sensory journey.

The tasting will end with a homemade ricotta, chocolate and Bronte pistachio cream dessert, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.
