The itinerary will begin with a glass of Etna sparkling wine which will introduce a taste of Etna Nocellara Evo Oil produced in the company’s countryside to continue with three different flavored oils always produced by myetna. It continues with a rich platter where you will find typical cold cuts and cheeses and traditional Sicilian preserves. Local products will then be presented accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers and the fomosa Sicilian caponata. An encore of first courses with fresh homemade pasta will be served:
– Fresh pasta ravioli filled with pistachio cream;
– Homemade macaroni with Nebrodi Black Pig Ragù.

The second course could only be Ragalnese sausage with a side dish of spicy spadellati Caliceddi.

Everything will be accompanied by a tasting of 4 Etna wines selected for a coherent sensory journey.

The tasting will end with a homemade ricotta, chocolate and Bronte pistachio cream dessert accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.

At the end of the tasting, inside the Putia you can taste the excellent honey produced in the Zafferana Etnea area by a family-run company and myetna artisan liqueurs, including pistachio liqueur, Limoncello and grappa di Nerello Mascalese Bianca and Barriques.
